Cancellation Policy

PMU artists have to decline other potential clients to secure a specific time slot for you. A non-refundable deposit makes sure they are compensated for their time if you cancel or fail to show up for your appointment.

We understand that unforeseen events can happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

For new procedure appointments a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of your fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice or fail to show up for your appointment, the $100 deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied towards any future appointment.

For touch-up appointments a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of your fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice or fail to show up for your appointment, the $50 deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied towards any future appointment.

If you cancel your appointment without providing 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $100 for new procedure appointments and $50 for touch-up appointments will be charged. This fee will be charged during your next visit and must be paid prior to receiving any future services.

If you experience a medical emergency and are unable to provide 24 hours notice, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that emergencies can happen and will make every effort to accommodate your situation.

We take great care to ensure that each client receives the best possible service. In order to provide the highest level of service, we ask that you respect our time by arriving on time for your appointment and providing us with 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind that we do not make money if we do not provide the service. As such, charging a cancellation fee is necessary and reasonable to cover the time and effort required to prepare for and provide the service.

We prioritize your comfort. Before the procedure, we apply a topical numbing cream to minimize any potential discomfort, and many clients find the experience to be tolerable.

How long do the results last?

Microblading results last 1-3 years. The longevity can be influenced by factors such as skin type, sun exposure, and individual healing processes.

How long does it take to heal after microblading?

It takes approximately 7-14 days for the brows to heal over, and about 1 month for the color to fully set in. In the initial days, you may experience redness and slight swelling around the treated area. The color of the microbladed strokes will appear darker initially but is expected to fade during the healing period.

Do I need a touch-up after the initial Microblading session?

Yes, we recommend a touch-up appointment 4-6 weeks after your initial session. This allows us to refine the shape and color, ensuring the best and longest-lasting results.

Can anyone get Microblading?

While microblading is suitable for many individuals, pregnant women and those who have specific medical conditions should consult with their healthcare provider before undergoing the procedure.
